Norfolk Scam Prevention Service
Norfolk Scam Prevention Service is a new, free and confidential service covering the whole of Norfolk for victims of scams and fraud. Working in partnership with Norfolk’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Norfolk Police and Norfolk County Council Trading Standards, we offer specialist support to individuals that have been targeted by scammers.
How we can help you
If you have been the victim of a scam, we can arrange for a trained Police Volunteer to visit you at your home and talk through what has happened, offer support and help to ensure that it never happens again. We can provide practical advice and information to develop your confidence and safety, and we can offer follow-up support to help you cope and recover from your experience.
How to get in touch
If you live in Norfolk and have been targeted by a scam, we can help.
Telephone us on 101 followed by extension 5483 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Scams Prevention Coordinator will then get in touch with you to discuss how we might best support you and arrange a home visit.
