NSVC supporting Pride 2019
We are lucky to have some amazing Pride events across Norfolk and Suffolk giving us a great opportunity to show our support to the LGBT+ community. We attended Suffolk Pride in June and Norwich Pride in July.
Both of these events were well attended by all members of the local communities and we spoke to hundreds of people giving out information about the service. After Norwich Pride the staff commented:
“We were all overwhelmed with the sense of support and inclusivity. The wide range of individuals showing their support for the LGBT community was just so incredible”
Since Norwich Pride we have had a number of clients contact us for advice and support. Our commitment to the LGBT+ community carries on all year round – not only during Pride month!
Last on the list this year is Kings Lynn Pride in August.
