Victim Support is looking for a Scams Prevention Project Co-ordinator to join the Norfolk arm of their Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care service.

As Scams Prevention Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the support services which are delivered to victims by a specially trained cohort of volunteers within the Constabulary and at NSVC. You will work in partnership with the Constabulary and Trading Standards, using a pre-developed tool and datasets, to identify those victims requiring support, allocating these cases to the most appropriate volunteers and supporting volunteers to deliver the required interventions. You will also work closely with the NSVC service to help raise awareness of this agenda and the project to get buy-in from other agencies and bring added value to the project

To be eligible to apply for this post you will need to have a good knowledge of the fraud/scams agenda, together with experience of working with, or supporting, victims of crimes, either in a public sector or voluntary sector agency.  You will also need to have experience of working with volunteers and possess first rate communication, analytical and project management skills.
