iMatter is a 10 week group online programme that is aimed at women aged 16 and over, who have experienced domestic abuse and would like support.

iMatter is designed for groups of up to 12 women and sessions will last 1.5 hours on a weekly basis. Each programme is facilitated by 2 specially trained Victim Support staff who will guide participants through a variety of topics focusing on healthy relationships. The iMatter course creates a safe, informal and supportive environment in which you can learn and develop with others.

The programme is delivered in the following languages, English, Bengali, Guajarati, Polish, Urdu and Welsh. iMatter is delivered Monday to Saturday mornings and afternoons and also Monday to Thursday evenings – ensuring that there is the availability for working women, parenting commitments etc. It is all delivered via Zoom, enabling women to attend from the comfort of their own homes.
