World Suicide Prevention Day
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. A time to remind ourselves that it is okay to not be okay. It is also a time to reach out to friends, family and neighbors, to start conversations that can make all the difference, and even save a life.
If you a struggling though, it is important to remember that it is okay to ask for help. You are not alone and you matter. Below are just some of the many organisations that can provide support if you are experiencing suicidal feelings:
